The service desk is available to all customers during our regular office hours, Monday to Friday, from 7.30h to 17.30h. Depending on the terminated SLA (Service Level Agreement), the service desk can also be contacted outside the standard office hours.

Our technical staff have the opportunity to watch with you and operate your computer remotely. This makes solving problems or giving instructions often easier and can save a considerable amount of time.

Regular customers can request a login for our customer portal.
Through the customer portal, you can follow the progress of your notifications and submit new notifications.
